Manager Joe Fleury

COACH JOE FLEURY

Coach Fleury, 46, was born and raised in Ballard, Washington with three generations of Ballard graduates. Joe has always felt a pull to community and a connection to his high school. He brings that feeling now to Jackson with his military background, a strong foundation of discipline and servitude as parts of the pillars of this baseball program. Joe started his coaching career at the age of 18 coaching sports at the Ballard Boys and Girls Club. He started a family and moved to Mill Creek where he began coaching baseball in the Mill Creek Little League. He then started the Mill Creek Mavericks Baseball Club where he served as president for 8 years. His knowledge of this community and its athletes pulled him to Jackson High School where he was the JV head coach for 2 years before becoming the varsity coach in 2025. Joe would like to say, “thank you,” to his wife Kim, son Kayden, and daughter Mayson.
